Claimants have access to the Expenses Tab and can perform the following functions:
- Save and Submit Claims.
- Set up a proxy user / personal assistant to submit claims on their behalf.
- Change default profile settings.
- Change their password.
Approvers have access to the Approval Tab and can perform the following functions:
- Make changes to claims that were submitted by users who report to them (if this option is configured for your company).
- Approve / Return claims submitted by users who report to them.
- Delegate their approval authority to another Business Approver if required.
- Transfer pending claims to another approver.
