The proxy function enables you to create and submit expenses on behalf of others. If you have been chosen by another user to be their proxy assistant then you’ll be able to edit, review, add new items and submit expense claims on their behalf through this function.

How to Manage Expenses as a Proxy User?
- Click the profile icon located on the right-hand side of the menu bar and select PROXY from the drop-down menu, as shown in the following screenshot...
- Select a person from the list of type the name of the person you wish to proxy for, as shown in the following screenshot...
- The USER PROFILE icon will change colour to Orange indicating that you are in proxy mode, as shown in the following screenshot...
Any claim information displayed in the Expenses tab belongs to the person for whom you are acting as a proxy assistant, as shown in the following screenshot...
You can submit claims on their behalf in the same way that you submit your claims.
