Once the Submit button has been selected the following message will be displayed.
The message refers to further information being obtained from the OCR (See more information about the OCR in How to capture expenses?).
However, not all expense types can be submitted from the mobile application, and in these situations, they will need to be reviewed and completed on the website. In cases like this, the mobile application will display the message below.
Please note: the message may vary depending on the "Category" name your company has set.
In addition to this, not all customers allow mobile app submission. The following message will be displayed in these instances, and the expense will be saved and can be submitted on the website.
