The steps to submit an item from the mobile application are very similar to those taken when capturing an expense on the mobile application. However, there are a few additional steps involved before the item can be submitted.
- Capture the receipt.
The New expense screen is displayed, as shown in the following screenshot...
- Select the CASH option, as shown in the following screenshot...
Tip This step is only applicable if both cash and corporate card account types are enabled. - Add mandatory information. All fields in orange are mandatory when submitting a claim from the mobile application (not required when only saving a receipt).
Important Note If data is entered in "Additional Information" the system will honour that information, and the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) will NOT extract the details from the receipt. - Select the SUBMIT button, as shown in the following screenshot...

There are two ways of capturing mileage from the mobile application.
- Access the mobile application.
- Select the Start Tracker, as shown in the following screenshot...
The application will automatically start recording your start location. Once you arrive at your destination, select the STOP button, as shown in the following screenshot...
- Enter the claim description and select the SAVE or SUBMIT button, as shown in the following screenshot...
- Access the mobile application.
- Select the Add mileage, as shown in the following screenshot...
- On the Add mileage screen, search for and select your Start and End addresses.
- Enter the claim description and either select the SAVE or SUBMIT button, as shown in the following screenshot...
